Shipping: We do our best to ship all orders within 24 hours of receipt except on weekends. Most of our products leave from the Detroit area so that if you selected FedEx Ground service you should receive your goods in 3 to 6 business days. If you select FedEx 2nd day air you will receive your order on the 3rd day after you placed your order. For example, if you place your order on a Monday it will be shipped on Tuesday but FedEx considers Wednesday to be Day 1 so delivery will be on Thursday, Day 2.

International Shipping: All international shipments may be subject to customs delays, duty, taxes and brokerage fees which are the responsibility of the buyer.

Canadian Orders:

  • Shipments sent by US Post Office Service are subject to duty of around 6%.

Returns: You may return items within 30 days of the invoice date, in the original packaging in "as new" condition. Unless the return is a result of our error, a restocking fee of 15% - with a minimum of $7 - will be charged. To make a return:

  • Call ahead (508-888-0606) or email us for a return authorization number to ensure you receive proper credit when your item reaches us.
  • Enclose a copy of the original packing slip or Email record and circle the items being returned. Be sure to wrap the package securely and send it to:

Once the warehouse has received a returned item and checked that it is in "as new" condition we will issue a refund of the original cost of the item less the restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable. Refunds will go to the original form of payment so if you paid by credit card we will credit your credit card account. If you paid by PayPal we will send a payment to your email address.

Damaged Goods: We are not responsible for packages damaged by the carrier. Please report such damage immediately to the carrier, and then advise us so that we can provide any replacements you may need.

Warranties: Many of our products come with manufacturer's warranties. If you have a problem with one of these products, please call the manufacturer for advice, repair, replacement, or a refund. If you get no satisfaction please email us and we'll help you get a resolution.

Performance: We have gone to great lengths to select products that are effective under the circumstances we describe. We cannot, however, guarantee that they will solve your problems because circumstances and animals are so variable. Pest control is often a matter of trial and error.
